Director of Finance - River Forest
Manages the accounting, budgeting, and financial statement processes. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required with a minimum of seven to ten years of experience including prior experience managing an accounting department. A CPA is preferred.

IT Technician - River Forest
Provides general IT support including installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripheral components. Troubleshooting of technical problems.  Maintains and updates PC configuration and supports Network Manager. Please fax resume to Regeana at (708) 221-6024 along with salary expectations.

Requirements: Based in River Forest, but must be able to travel to various sites, mostly in Chicagoland. Bachelor’s Degree preferred and relevant experience required. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

This is a beginning to mid-career level position with a starting salary that is reflective of 2 years of experience.  Troubleshooting of technical problems.  Maintains and updates PC configuration and supports Network Manager.

Requirements: Based in River Forest, but must be able to travel to various sites, mostly in Chicagoland.  Two years of experience required.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred and relevant experience required. Must have Windows 2003 and above experience as well as solid Microsoft Office experience.  Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) Therapist – Part-time - Addison/Aurora
Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois is seeking a part time therapist to work with the Spanish speaking communities in the western suburbs of Aurora and Addison. Weekend and evening hours are preferred. Requirements Master's Degree in a Human Services Field. Fluency in Spanish is required.  State licensure of LCPC or LCSW are also preferred. Must be comfortable with a Christian Counseling perspective. 

Therapist – Lutherbrook, Addison
Responsibilities Include:  Provision of direct clinical services (individual, family and group. therapy) for a caseload of up to 9 traumatized residents. Provides clinical leadership to direct childcare staff. Formulates individualized treatment plans with associated paperwork. Requirements Masters in Social Work or Clinical Psychology. Minimum of 1 year experience working as a clinician with children, adolescents and their families in an inpatient, outpatient, residential or day treatment setting. Licensed or licensed eligible working towards LCSW or LCPC.  Competitive salary and benefits package.

Child Care Worker - Lutherbrook, Addison
This position would involve working with adolescents with emotional/behavioral problems at Lutherbrook Child and Adolescent Center, a therapeutic residential center in Addison, IL. Duties would include: creating and maintaining a therapeutic milieu, developing an effective, therapeutic relationship with residents, bed checks, documentation, helping residents follow unit guidelines, communicating concerns to supervisor, and addressing crisis situations including physical interventions. The goal of treatment for each Lutherbrook client is to resume family and community living as soon as possible. This is accomplished by helping children grow in self-esteem, self-awareness and their capacity to form meaningful relationships. Treatment is designed to meet the individual needs of the residents. Treatment programs utilize individual, group and family therapy, as well as a highly structured behavior modification program. Lutherbrook uses a team approach that includes credentialed social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, child care staff, nurses, teachers, psychologists, art and recreation specialists and consulting psychiatrists.

Counselor - Full time - STAC in Mt. Vernon
