New Lutherbrook Child & Adolescent Center Executive Director

LCFS welcomes Reginald Fuller as the new executive director of the Lutherbrook Child and Adolescent Center (a program of Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois). Reggie (pictured, below) brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of residential treatment services to LCFS. He served most recently as the program director of residential treatment services at the Jewish Board of Family and Children Services in the state of New York. He is a certified trainer on the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Youth and in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention as well as a certified trainer in the Sanctuary trauma informed model of care. He has completed training in budget and fiscal management and management and leadership. Reggie received his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College in Ohio and his graduate degree from Charleston State University.
Reggie is excited about working with Lutherbrook staff and youth and is a strong advocate for youth and their families and partnering with them to address the many challenges they face in today’s society.
Reggie takes over for Brent Diers, who remains at LCFS as the statewide clinical services director. Many thanks to Brent for his years of service at Lutherbrook. His strong commitment to the care of youth and their families will remain a key component of his work in his new position.
